The Quality Engineer oversees the operational quality aspects of supplier relationships within the company. Responsibilities include developing and ensuring quality systems and procedures for supplier operations, providing support to interdepartmental operations, and addressing any quality-related issues associated with suppliers. Seeking candidates with a minimum four years of experience in quality engineering or related role. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred. Certification in quality methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) is a plus.

Requirements for the Quality Engineer position include:

• Strong understanding of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Experience in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.

• Requires ability to move between projects as priorities change.
• Requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple competing tasks and demands.

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Physical requirements must be met for the Quality Engineer job, include regularly being required to stand; walk and talk or hear.
