Dynamis seeks a SharePoint Engineer based in Washington, DC to support Immigration and Customs Executive Services Unit. The position is part of an Agile development team, involves working with a custom developed Microsoft 365 SharePoint application and will work closely with client stakeholders, SharePoint developers, and Subject Matter Experts to understand and implement their requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Support collaboration, knowledge management, and business intelligence functions.
  • Coordinate tasks, estimates, documentation, and issues with the team.
  • Gather business requirements from internal and external customers for application implementations, upgrades, and enhancements to maximize the benefit of Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Provides hands-on integration and management of Business Intelligence/Analytics software tools and applications working with internal stakeholders to understand their business information needs, gather requirements, design, and build best-in-class BI and reporting solutions.
  • Use Canvas and other Power App technologies to develop new capabilities in the existing SharePoint application.
  • Work as part of a virtual team using Microsoft Teams and various cloud-hosted resources.
  • Use the data from varied sources to develop and produce standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable technical field
  • 6+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online 365 using out of the box tools including lists, document libraries, etc.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Designer and/or Microsoft Forms
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps including Power BI
  • Ability to develop, troubleshoot, and maintain custom forms, workflows or other SharePoint components or tools
  • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with MS Power Platform
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize business requirements into system functionality within the SharePoint framework
  • Experience developing Dataverse solutions preferred.
  • Experience in developing PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)
  • Experience in PowerApps Portal
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) preferred.
  • Experience in developing Plugins and custom workflows
  • Power Automate (Flow)
  • SSRS for SharePoint preferred
  • Knowledge of SCRUM and Agile principles is preferred
