Graphic Designer - Associate at Horizontal Talent in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer - Associate to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the global Brand, Creative, & Content team, focusing on design and development for a specific portfolio within the organization. The successful candidate will create and develop visual content for various communication mediums, including digital and print, ensuring the brand is represented in an engaging and consistent manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design print and digital content for all communication channels, maintaining a high standard of on-brand visual execution
- Collaborate with the global creative team, including copywriters, designers, and content producers, from concept to completion
- Interpret creative briefs and present creative rationale that supports business goals to peers and internal stakeholders
- Review materials to ensure feedback has been addressed and brand accuracy and consistency are maintained
- Effectively and proactively manage deliverables and deadlines

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency or within a marketing team
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Aftereffects and Premiere is desirable
- Strong understanding of typography and design principles
- Ability to interpret creative brief objectives and work within brand guidelines and standards
- Excellent relationship skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Preferred working knowledge of HTML, UI, UX, and web standards
