Job Title: Navy-Marine Corps Internet (NMCI) Technical Reviewer

Job Summary:

Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Navy-Marine Corps Internet (NMCI) Technical Reviewer (ACTR) to monitor, review, interpret, evaluate, and report technical aspects of the NMCI operations. The ACTR will be responsible for providing an interface between the technical aspects of NMCI and the operational requirements of the Program Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments in support of the program office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, review, interpret, evaluate, and report technical aspects of the Navy-Marine Corps Internet (NMCI) operations.
• Provide an interface between the technical aspects of NMCI and the operational requirements of the Program Office.
• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments in support of the program office to include hardware, software, MS Windows, and macOS.
• Ensure the smooth running of administrative systems.
• Provide on-site technical support at the Program Office.
• Troubleshoot network issues and provide solutions to technical problems.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical business users in an expert manner.
• Provide support to personnel who are proficient with personal desktop computers equipped with Microsoft Office software.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• An active Secret or higher security clearance is required to be considered.
• Security+ Certification
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in network administration and technical support.
• Strong knowledge of computer networks, hardware, software, MS Windows, and macOS.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical business users.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to provide solutions to technical problems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
