Founded in 2008, Locumsmart provides web-based software-as-a-service solutions to the healthcare recruitment industry. The Locumsmart web-portal provides workflow automation, vendor management (VMS), and managed services provider (MSP) software for lowering costs, and increasing the efficiency of recruitment. Our clients include some of the largest hospital systems and staffing firms in the country.
Can you translate vision into epics and user stories? Do you get excited about execution details, finding impacts and collaborating with engineering minds to solve problems? Do you empathize with the customer and advocate for their voice?
Locumsmart is looking for a Product Owner (PO) for our core B2B platform, the Locumsmart Vendor Management System (VMS). The individual must have the ability to understand strategic vision and execute accordingly. The ideal candidate excels at advocating for the voice of the customer and understands the value of each request and how it aligns to strategic goals.
The PO is responsible for making decisions on behalf of the business, to guide the development team on inflight stories. The position is remote with occasional travel to distributed Locumsmart offices, particularly Raleigh, NC. The Product Owner will report directly to Locumsmart Product Management.

For this position, we offer a pay range of $81,400-- $220,700 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
