Summary:

Assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions, verify all insurance billing, maintain employee records. Support the practices and objectives of the company and department.

Essential Duties:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to all internal customers.
  • Conduct benefits orientations.
  • Prepare and set up meetings designed to help employees obtain information and understand company benefits and other related programs.
  • Field incoming employee and manager calls and emails.
  • Assist employees with benefits eligibility, claims and questions.
  • Assist supervisors and managers in handling employee issues and complaints.
  • Resolve employee issues with benefits administrators and insurance providers.
  • Process enrollments quickly and accurately.
  • Ensure new enrollment paperwork is complete.
  • Ensure benefits changes are entered timely.
  • Ensure distribution of required employee notices.
  • Assist with the administration of COBRA.
  • Assist with required reporting and compliance.
  • Conduct audits as directed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • High integrity and discretion required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to effectively work in a team environment.
