DeLuca Design Build is looking for a licensed architect with at least five years of experience in residential single-family homes. Proficiency in Revit is a prerequisite. Our lead designer and partner Chris DeLuca will work directly with you on our on-going design build projects as well as a robust pipeline of land development, design build new construction, and custom home remodels.
Responsibilities
Generate floor plans, elevations, 3D models, and color renders
Create plans and drawings for construction document sets and client presentations
Utilize knowledge of structure and site engineering to coordinate with the other professional trades
Oversee and coordinate details throughout entire construction process
Communicate directly with clients on an ad hoc basis throughout both the design and build processes
Understand construction costs to design with a client's desired spend in mind
Lead the various teams needed to establish goals, schedules and budgets when delivering a custom home
In office full time
Time to time site visits as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in architecture
Licensed Architect
5+ years of experience in residential architecture
Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
