Successful candidates must possess, as a minimum, the following competencies, skills and/or abilities:
Collect samples and perform analysis as required using cGMP.
Execute the laboratory reagents and solutions program.
Troubleshoot analytical laboratory equipment.
Perform calibration and preventative maintenance on lab equipment and instruments.
Perform cleaning of lab equipment.
Set up laboratory apparatus/equipment.
Record data into logbooks and data sheets accurately per cGMP procedures.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping.
Possess the ability to read and understand detailed procedures and instructions.
Work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
Work overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
Experience in cGMP.
Experience in analytical chemistry (GC, MS, HPLC, etc.).
Must have a High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) or equivalent. General math aptitude and attention to detail are required. All candidates must successfully complete extensive third-party reference checks, a criminal background investigation, a comprehensive medical examination & drug screen.
