Job Description:
The National Records Operations Manager oversees the operational aspects of records and information governance services for an Epiq law firm client with the primary focus of ensuring Epiq staff have the skills and capabilities to meet service level agreements and surpass client expectations. This position ensures that the client is receiving an optimal level of service in support of the receipt, arrangement, storage, preservation, destruction and safeguarding of client and firm administrative records. This is an on-site position that will work in the office 5 days per week. Candidates may work out of our clients office in Kansas City, Boston, Washington DC, Denver, Dallas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The Compensation range for this role is 84,953 to 127,429 USD per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be highly dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
