This is a hybrid work opportunity. The Company feels that
three shared days in the office and
two days with the option of working remotely allows for both collaborative time and quiet space for deep work. Eligible employees for hybrid work are required to work in the office on
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. There may be a need for additional office days based on specific business requirement.
Job Description
The Customer Service Representative, B is responsible for providing excellent customer service by responding to customers who contact the company via inbound calls in a professional and efficient manner and satisfactorily resolving their concern. This could include arranging service or emergency response, interpreting customer records and account history, finding information on the Internet such as assessor information or credit card details, and interpreting customer accounts, including transfers, billing, and collections.
