Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project:



Our client is looking to hire a customer care representative to their team. This person will be the middleman between the customers and vendors. They are the problem solvers of the team as issues arise. This can range from updating a system, ordering new parts, or communicating with technicians. They will also be expected to have great communication skills as they will be updating customers on progress throughout the entire service life cycle. This person should be a critical thinker and have great attention to detail. They will be asked to find ways to complete issues by reaching out to different internal and external teams. This person will be completing work orders from 3 platforms: one for dealer requests, one for customer requests and a service channel. This is a fast-moving position and could be possible that this person works on 100 work orders a day. They should also be familiar with different technologies such as SAP and Microsoft Suites. They will be manipulating data in Excel sheets and working in a team environment.
