Hybrid Clinical Specailist ll at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in South San Francisco, California

Job Description:

Hybrid, Monday-Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
*Resource will be driving their vehicle to and from clinics, hospitals, etc. Mileage is reimbursed.*


RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist in executing a proactive regional plan involving clinical, sales, and service support to improve market share and improve customer service quality.
*Promote company products within a defined geographic territory.
* Serves as the primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, basic troubleshooting, specialty product usage, and customer training.
* Educates customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using various formats and platforms.
* Ensure timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to procedural device operation using corporate-issued tracking procedures.
* Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services by developing creative and feasible solutions


Basic Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience assisting in performing ablations in the Superficial Venous Space
* Problem-solving and the ability to be coached and directed by other teammates for productive collaboration.
* Ability to travel
