Contract Position
$45.05-$56.95/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary customer interface, ensuring smooth production, delivery, and resolution of concerns while driving improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Act as the key liaison between customers and internal teams throughout production and delivery on complex projects.
- Provide status updates on product manufacturing and delivery timelines.
- Lead efforts to resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Complete administrative tasks aligned with customer requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to implement improvement initiatives that boost efficiency and enhance customer interactions.
- Deliver customer orientations on safety, production, delivery processes, and Quality Management System (QMS) protocols.
- Manage and communicate production records to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. -
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience. -
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
