Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary customer interface, ensuring smooth production, delivery, and resolution of concerns while driving improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Act as the key liaison between customers and internal teams throughout production and delivery on complex projects.
Provide status updates on product manufacturing and delivery timelines.
Lead efforts to resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
Complete administrative tasks aligned with customer requirements.
Coordinate with stakeholders to implement improvement initiatives that boost efficiency and enhance customer interactions.
Deliver customer orientations on safety, production, delivery processes, and Quality Management System (QMS) protocols.
Manage and communicate production records to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
