The Center for Continuing Medical Education (CCME) is an accredited provider of AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s) for continuing medical education activities. The planning, organization, logistics, and financial aspects of such activities are executed by this position which is responsible for adherence to ACCME guidelines for accreditation purposes. Educational activities will include those in local, regional, national and international scope. The distribution channel for all of these may also include web-based, online educational activities. The program manager oversees and coordinates both program and logistic activity details that will retain CCME accreditation. The program manager will prepare reports, research new program ideas and develop and execute innovative educational programs for CME audiences. This position also measures the effectiveness and outcome of activities, prepares fiscal reports and cost analyses, and assists in designing policies that regulate and promote conference services. This position will be a direct report to the director of the department and will serve to oversee the Regularly Scheduled Series (grand rounds) process. This position will also have oversight of the Maintenance of Certification and Learning from Teaching processes. Other responsibilities include joint providership activities and live activities on an as needed basis. The position also assists in a customer-service oriented manner with all physicians and faculty presenters of the Medical Center.

Required Qualifications:
Four years experience in continuing medical education and familiarity with ACCME guidelines. Experience with program management and event execution. Attention to detail with follow-through. Highly organized. Customer service oriented. Multitasking skills are required, as well as excellent organizational skills and follow through.
