Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of financial and accounting functions, such as general ledger, AR, AP, payroll and financial reporting
Drive and lead timely preparation of financial statements
Assist with the preparation of the annual budget, financial forecasts and variance analysis
Partner with senior leadership to support and drive key business initiatives and process improvements
Oversee audits and work with external auditors to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards
Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, providing mentoring and professional development
Desired Skills And Experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in a rapidly growing environment, with 3+ years in a leadership position
Public accounting roots and/ or CPA preferred
Extensive knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
