Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Systems Administrator to join our team in Sparks, NV, on a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to problem-solve and architect innovative IT solutions. You will be responsible for the planning, analysis, and design of system enhancements, major deployments, upgrades, and user/role-based security. Your technical responsibilities will include applying server-based IT methodologies and managing complex IT infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement new IT solutions while troubleshooting and improving existing systems.
Plan, analyze, and design enhancements, deployments, and upgrades.
Manage user and role-based security configurations.
Apply server-based IT system methodologies and manage the lifecycle of Windows and Microsoft Office environments.
Manage third-party software licenses and troubleshoot system issues related to Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and workstations.
Configure and manage endpoints using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Manage mobile devices through mobile device management (MDM) or enterprise mobility management (EMM) systems.
Configure Microsoft Office 365/Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise environments.
Troubleshoot and configure Dell & Microsoft workstations.
Skills & Experience Required:
Strong experience in managing Windows and Microsoft Office lifecycle environments, including third-party software licenses.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and managing Windows 10 and Microsoft's upgrade cycle.
Expertise in configuring and managing Microsoft Office and Office 365/Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise.
Strong knowledge of workstation hardware, including Dell & Microsoft workstations.
Experience managing endpoints using SCCM and mobile devices using MDM/EMM systems.
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Higher education may substitute for experience, and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
