Frederick Fox has paired with an industry leading organization in search of a Commercial Credit Analyst. In this role you will analyze the credit history of loan applicants, and approve or deny $3MM to $25MM loans. You will also be servicing and tracking loans for risk trends, payment status, documentation, insurance, and credit exceptions.

Responsibilities
Analyze the credit worthiness of loan applicants
Review personal credit scores
Prepare loan presentation sheets
Draft commitment letters for loan officer's final approval.
Review legal documents for adherence to approved loan terms
Assign risk ratings
Support loan administration
Perform OFAC background checks on borrowers and guarantors
Process payment of third-party invoices
Requirements
4+ years' Credit Analyst experience, or a highly relevant degree (such as BS in Finance) and 2+ years' experience
Commercial Real Estate underwriting experience, including a strong understanding of credit
