Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Manage calendars and complex scheduling arrangements, including travel and accommodation arrangements
Plan and prepare for meetings and conference calls
Organize both internal and external events
Professionally greet and welcome visitors
Support and work with overseas office and team
Marketing support such as proofreading and editing documents and presentations
General office management: manage office supplies and vendors, maintain conference room(s) calendar, ensure that all invoices are processed and closed
Act as point of contact among clients and external partners
