Administrative Coordinator $70-80k

Top Industry Leader in Retail is actively looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support its leadership team and be a key liaison for their external business partners. This role will play an integral role in managing schedule(s), coordinating travel, planning meetings and events, along with other exciting ad hoc projects. This is an incredibly fast-paced environment where productivity and efficiency are the name of the game. What you will do:
  • Calendar Management: Scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
  • Screening and managing the CEO's emails and communication.
  • Project Management: Assisting in the planning and execution of various projects, often involving cross-departmental coordination
  • Research and Analysis: Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Event Planning: Organizing corporate events, conferences, and other high-profile gatherings.
