The Procurement Coordinator role is responsible for supporting daily activities of the Procurement Department. Duties include creating, administering, and filing procurement proposals, bids, and contracts with suppliers/vendors. Responsible for preparation of contract and bid documents. Assists management team with PO Starts, PO corrections, VPO/EPO creation and makes necessary adjustments as needed. Reviews vendor/supplier statements. Evaluates and resolves discrepancies in purchase orders and invoices.
Qualifications: • Experience with Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word) and construction management software preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Valid Driver's License required • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must have authorization to work in the United States • In-office role- Buckhead, Georgia
Responsibilities: • Provide Customer Service to vendors, facilitate and coordinate to remedy any challenges • Review and audit quantity takeoffs vs contracts to ensure accuracy • Review/Revise contracts based on guidance from management as needed • Review, Audit, Track and file vendor documents • Issue PO starts in ERP • Update and monitor ERP system as needed • Load all related constructions documents into vendor portal • Document and monitor processes and procedure compliance as needed • Retrieve permits from municipality websites and file accordingly • Assist in compiling permit packages, submitting and monitoring through review process • Assist in day-to-day business operations • Work with construction team to assist with onsite needs and support, willing to spend time in the field when needed.
