Job responsibilities:

1.Market Development and Business Promotion
  • Overseas market development: Responsible for assisting the person in charge of overseas market business to complete overseas market development, including formulating and implementing overseas market expansion plans, managing and promoting overseas market landing, etc.
  • Business docking and negotiation: Conduct research on emerging markets, conduct business docking and negotiation with overseas customers, and promote business cooperation.
  • Sales channel expansion: Develop customer resources through various channels, such as exhibitions, B2B platforms, online search, etc., to establish and maintain sales channels.

2.Customer relationship management
  • Customer development and maintenance: Responsible for the maintenance of transaction customers and the handling of customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customer visits and reception: Regularly visit overseas customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and receive visiting customers.
  • Order management and follow-up: responsible for inquiry quotation, order receipt, production scheduling notification, tracking delivery and acceptance of payment.

3.Market survey and analysis
  • Market information collection: Collect industry information, competitor trends, customer needs, etc. in overseas markets to provide data support for decision-making.
  • Market analysis and forecasting: organize and analyze the collected market information, predict market trends, and provide direction for market development and product development.
  • Product adaptability analysis: According to the characteristics of overseas markets, analyze the adaptability and competitiveness of the company's products in the local area, and make suggestions for improvement.

4.Data monitoring and feedback
  • Market data monitoring: Monitor and analyze overseas market data, including sales data, customer feedback, etc.
  • Information feedback and reporting: Timely feedback of monitoring results to relevant business departments or leaders to provide real-time information support for decision-making.
  • Market report writing: Write market reports based on monitoring results and analytical data to provide a basis for the company's market strategy adjustment.

5.Other responsibilities
