Peak Health seeks a Full-time (32 Hours) RN in the Baltimore, MD area - work hours will be 4 days per week, Flexible days through Monday and Friday 8am-5pm.
Travel outside Baltimore, MD may be required - some travel time is included in the schedule. Current areas include Baltimore, Annapolis, Bowie, Columbia, Frederick. Only travel to one site per day. While not currently required also looking for someone to do occasional overnight travel.
Successful candidate will be a licensed RN with a multi-state license in the state of Maryland.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. • Registered nurse travels to assigned client employment site to provide health evaluations for the participants, including:
a. Reviewing the individually completed Health History Questionnaire
b. Reviewing and interpreting individual blood lab test results
c. Obtaining individual weight, blood pressure, pulse, body fat or body mass, and fitness level.
d. Establishing individual goals by making recommendations for improving the individual's health risk. • May conduct evaluation via teleconference when no site is available. • May perform other tasks as assigned by Nurse Manager.
