Job Summary:
The Project Manager I reports to and is responsible for assisting Director/Program Manager with the daily execution, management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of the signage or brand project(s) to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting time and cost objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope and deliverables.
Track project progress, manage changes, and identify potential risk.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and team members.
Effectively communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to all stakeholders.
Monitor and control project budget ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely reports.
Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Demonstrated the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Job Specifications:
Education: Applicants should have a minimum 4-year degree (or equivalent experience) in business, engineering, or a field related to customer service.
Experience: Preferred 3 years of similar experience in manufacturing or service environment. Demonstrated excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, with Excel proficiency. Experience in EPICOR, Teams or Smartsheet desirable.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a general office environment. Ability to travel occasionally required.
