Ambassador Personnel is seeking a Revit Drafter for their client in the Montgomery, AL area. The Revit Drafter provides electrical drafting and designing support for engineers and designers in the production of drawing sets and schematics. The Revit Drafter should be proficient in Revit software and able to teach others how to navigate the program. The ideal candidate would have knowledge preparing electrical documents, models, libraries and diagrams. Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for drawing/modeling Lighting floor plans, Power floor plans, Electrical details, Single Line Diagrams, Electrical Civil plans, etc., via Revit and AutoCAD and assembling finished drawing sets and submittals.
Coordinate with and take direction from team leaders/engineers both verbally and written instructions.
Must be able to interpret hand drawn markups (redlines) and confidently modify drawings/models appropriately.
Will be responsible for updating and revising company standards catalogs.
Qualifications:
Must have advanced proficient skills with Autodesk Revit (MEP) software.
Must be proficient with AutoCAD software.
Knowledge of Preparing Electrical Documents, Models, Libraries and Diagrams
Candidate must be able to read and interpret printed and electronic building schematics
Must pass background check and drug test
Must have valid driver's license
