ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an HRIS Analyst for an enterprise organization located in Seattle, WA! This is a long-term contract opportunity ideal for a skilled problem solver with experience in HRIS/benefits administration, configuration testing, and project management.
Process Improvement: Analyze and resolve complex HR Service Desk challenges, focusing on enhancing data integrity and quality assurance across operations.
Service Integration: Spearhead the integration of new services into the HR Service Desk, overseeing all phases including analysis, design, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and the creation of training materials.
Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for operational excellence within the HR Service Desk and lead transformational initiatives of small to medium scope, as directed by the department manager.
Benefits Administration: Manage and execute complex benefits administration processes for both US and Canadian employees, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Project Leadership: Provide expert analysis and leadership on projects aimed at achieving departmental objectives, adapting to changes in legislation, policies, and organizational initiatives.
Documentation and Content Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HR Service Desk processes and resources to ensure clarity and accessibility.
Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze HR Service Desk performance metrics using Power BI, generating insights to drive continuous improvement.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years experience in HRIS and benefits administration, user acceptance testing (UAT) , and project management
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Power BI experience
PeopleSoft benefits administration and Canadian HR experience a plus!
