TITLE: HRIS Analyst- Service Desk

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Long-term Contract (2 year)

LOCATION: Seattle, WA (hybrid schedule)

PAY: $35-38/hour

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an HRIS Analyst for an enterprise organization located in Seattle, WA! This is a long-term contract opportunity ideal for a skilled problem solver with experience in HRIS/benefits administration, configuration testing, and project management.

  • Process Improvement: Analyze and resolve complex HR Service Desk challenges, focusing on enhancing data integrity and quality assurance across operations.
  • Service Integration: Spearhead the integration of new services into the HR Service Desk, overseeing all phases including analysis, design, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and the creation of training materials.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for operational excellence within the HR Service Desk and lead transformational initiatives of small to medium scope, as directed by the department manager.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage and execute complex benefits administration processes for both US and Canadian employees, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Project Leadership: Provide expert analysis and leadership on projects aimed at achieving departmental objectives, adapting to changes in legislation, policies, and organizational initiatives.
  • Documentation and Content Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HR Service Desk processes and resources to ensure clarity and accessibility.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze HR Service Desk performance metrics using Power BI, generating insights to drive continuous improvement.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years experience in HRIS and benefits administration, user acceptance testing (UAT) , and project management
  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Power BI experience
  • PeopleSoft benefits administration and Canadian HR experience a plus!
