The Remarketing Analyst will support the Vehicle Remarketing function, processing the sale of auction vehicles in compliance with internal Auction Sale Agreements and Comprehensive Auction Agreements. Work requires strong independent judgment and decision-making initiative.
Major Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor inspection guidelines, and ensure that they are being followed by various 3rd Party Inspection Vendors
Review 3rd Party Inspection Vendors' monthly invoices for accuracy and provide recommendations for payments outside established agreements
Generate and analyze performance metrics for 3rd Party Inspection Vendors
Manage 3rd party Inspection Vendor company relationships to maximize accurate/timely inspection
Position Requirements:
Experience in a remarketing, or related-environment, such as auto finance, auto title management, inventory coordination, or auto sales/resale, with an understanding of the inspection process
High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, with strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to present to large groups and executive-level personnel
Strong knowledge of PC applications, including MS Office, including proficient internet/technical skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including conflict resolution/management skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Strong independent judgment and decision-making initiative
An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business or other relevant field, or equivalent professional training preferred
