Assist Store Manager with day-to-day customer service inquiries across multiple platforms, including phone calls, emails, and various messaging systems
Assist with invoicing, packaging, and fulfillment of daily orders
Execute essential administrative tasks relating to quality control, website management, inventory management, receiving, and customer relations
Maintain a fully stocked inventory of marketing and packaging materials
Maintain accuracy across multiple sales channels
Greet and assist onsite guests
Maintain office upkeep
Act as primary support for the Store Manager
Requirements
Strong oral and written communication skills by telephone, email, and in-person
Detail-oriented with the ability to oversee projects to completion and ability to manage various projects simultaneously
Ability to skilfully adapt to evolving industry standards and work within a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize tasks by urgency
Strong background in customer service
Excellent organizational skills that exemplify accurate record-keeping
Strong time management skills
