????Up to $130,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits

????Office based 5 days a week in central Manhattan

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious international professional services company in New York as they seek a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the company's Director of Operations. The role has arisen due to exciting business growth, and you will be responsible for providing seamless support to your Executive, including but not limited to: managing complex calendars and providing strategic support and advice to increase productivity. This is a very fast-paced and dynamic role, and candidates must have strong EA experience and the skills and knowledge to support additional Operations Management projects and responsibilities.

????Please note, this role is 5 days in the office in Manhattan.

????Duties of the Executive Assistant to include:
  • Take a proactive approach in managing scheduling, conference room availability, travel, and daily tasks to anticipate and resolve challenges before they arise.
  • Act as a liaison to facilitate communication when team members are unavailable, ensuring information is efficiently shared and alignment is maintained.
  • Prioritize your Executive's time and adjust schedules as needed to help them excel while managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring all details are addressed.
  • Develop strong relationships with external clients and internal teams, both in the U.S. and internationally, to foster smooth collaboration.
  • Support strategically by understanding the larger business picture, offering insights, and helping to drive priorities forward. Act as a project manager where needed, coordinating team assignments and projects.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, documents and presentations on behalf of your Executive
  • Serve as a strategic partner, providing recommendations and insights to support decision-making across the office.
  • Help organize recurring internal meetings (such as New York Monthly Huddles, Weekly Partners Breakfasts, and Quarterly Partners & Directors Meetings) and provide top-line talking points and agendas.
  • Assist with client-related special events (e.g., NYC Media Party, NYC Holiday Party) and new joiner onboarding, coordinating logistics and internal communications.
  • Be available for urgent, last-minute requests after hours, monitoring email on a work-issued device, and provide coverage for the Office Manager or administrative staff as required.

?Requirements for the successful Executive Assistant candidate to include:
  • Educated to Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Exceptional EA experience working to support a senior Executive (Partner level or equivalent)
  • Previous experience with operations and / or business strategy to support with these projects across the New York Office
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), including ability to draft high quality correspondence.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently to tight deadlines, whilst remaining professional in a pressured environment
  • Friendly, professional and confident, with ability to communicate and engage on a daily basis with the business's most senior leaders and high-profile clients
