Client: Dubai based Real Estate Global Leader

Responsibilities
- Core member of the start-up team who has responsibility of setting US office in Dallas.
- Provide administrative support to senior executives and teams to the client senior management.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel arrangements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Play advisory to management on local, State laws and compliances proactively.
.Qualifications
- Degree in Finance or HR with min 6 years of relevant experience.
- Prior exposure in working with US subsidiary of Asian companies is big plus.
- Prior Start-up companies or green field exposure in Real Estate or related industry is a plus.
