Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate complex schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Act as the primary point of contact between the executive administrative team and internal/external stakeholders, managing and prioritizing communication effectively.
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
Arrange detailed travel itineraries and accommodations, ensuring smooth logistics for both domestic and international trips.
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
Handle expense reporting, budgeting, and reimbursement processes in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Maintain a well-organized office environment, including ordering supplies, managing files, and ensuring the proper functioning of office equipment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of experience.
Highly self-motivated and directed
Solid analytical and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Strong technology skills (intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred)
