One of our clients is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to their growing team!
In this role you will be responsible for:
Process regular mail; receive and send overnight packages and regular mail
Update PTO on Company Wide Calendar and save forms (Tampa and Maitland)
Contact copier company when issues arise
Answer inbound phone calls and redirect to appropriate team members
Ordering office supplies (when necessary)
Process purchase requisitions for supplies, items, events
Assist HR with new hire office set-up, supplies, etc.
Assist other departments/orgs with submittals, document creation and edits, and other projects as needed
Coordinate Birthday Breakfast / Afternoon Treat - reminder 1st day of the month to send out
Maintain the breakroom area neat, run dishwasher; help with set up, and clean-up for some events
Education/Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma
2/3 years experience in a professional office setting
