Ideal candidates have 5 - 10 years of experience in administrative support within corporate environments. They are proactive, resourceful, and always ready to go the extra mile to make their executives days easier. This role also requires impeccable communication skills, reliability and trust and as well as pristine polish.
Compensation: $100 - 120k base + disc. Bonus

Bachelor's Degree preferred
You will:
Coordinate complex calendars in collaboration with colleagues spanning multiple time zones
Screen, respond to, and follow up on email correspondence in a timely manner
Manage expense reports and billings for the executive
Arrange international and domestic travel itineraries
Manage ad hoc projects as assigned, liaising between the executive and staff to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
Plan and oversee professional and personal events on behalf of the Executive (catering, hotel rooms, mailing lists, gifts, etc.).
You have:
Bachelor's degree preferred
5 - 10 years of professional experience supporting an Executive
Technological competence in the Outlook and the MS Office suite
Complex scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangement experience in a fast-paced environment spanning multiple time zones
Experience planning and coordinating events
A go-getter, "roll up your sleeves" mentality
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Good judgment, discretion and strong discipline
