Established in the 1970s, we are located in Pflugerville, TX with a specialty in the civil and infrastructure sector. We have successfully completed projects encompassing drainage enhancements, lift stations, pump stations, dry utilities, road construction, wind and solar farms, and water and wastewater utilities. Furthermore, we are prepared and able to fulfill almost all of our contractual duties on our own thanks to a sizable fleet of equipment that the client owns and maintains.
Position Overview The Traveling Superintendent II is responsible for overseeing construction projects across various locations, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing on-site teams, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise construction activities on multiple job sites.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams and subcontractors.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to resolve issues and provide project updates.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
Proven experience as a Traveling Superintendent managing multiple projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Traveling superintendent- will only be required to travel throughout the state of Texas **
