Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple wastewater and water construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance and success.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
Ensure safety standards and regulations are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on wastewater and water construction projects.
Proven experience in general contracting and self-performing construction tasks.
Strong knowledge of wastewater and water industry standards and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
