The Assistant Account Executive position ("Assistant") is an integral part of the Business Management team. You should be detail oriented, analytical, organized, proficient in standard office software platforms (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat) and adaptable to new technologies. An Assistant Account Executive has a responsibility to support the objectives of their Account Team and uphold the values of the firm.
Compensation 60 - 63K + Bonus.

Duties and Responsibilities:
General ledger coding
Accounts receivable and accounts payable bookkeeping
Bank account and credit card reconciliations
Document management
Payroll processing
Research & special projects
Client and vendor liaison and communications
Various task as needed
Qualification Requirements:
2 years of bookkeeping experience
Knowledge and understanding of A/R and A/P functions
Bachelor's Degree in accounting or business a plus
Experience with AgilLink accounting software a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Detail-oriented with practiced analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
