Seeking an experienced Process Engineer with expertise in AWS welding standards for aerospace/defense industries to lead process improvements, optimize production, and develop clear work instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement process improvements using Toyota Production System principles.
Ensure compliance with AWS D1.1, D17.1 welding standards.
Optimize sheet metal and turret press operations
Create and maintain detailed work instructions.
Lead continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
Experience with AWS weld standards, aerospace/defense sectors.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication.
