Job Description:
We are hiring a Process Engineer with expertise in AWS weld specs for aerospace and nuclear sectors to improve processes and create work instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement process improvements using Toyota Production System.
- Ensure AWS weld compliance (e.g., AWS D1.1, AWS D17.1).
- Optimize sheet metal and turret press operations.
- Develop work instructions and lead lean initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Engineering.
- Aerospace or defense industry experience.
- Knowledge of AWS weld specs, sheet metal, and turret presses.
- Strong problem-solving and lean manufacturing skills.
