WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Oversee the functionality of the HRIS (UKG), including implementation, customization, development, maintenance, data management, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to identify system enhancements, recommend improvements, and implement effective solutions.
  • Manage user permissions, access, personalization, and system configurations to ensure optimal HRIS (UKG )operations.
  • Analyze HRIS performance metrics, troubleshoot application issues, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement new HR processes and systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Optimize HRIS (UKG) processes, integrate new software solutions, conduct system diagnostics, and manage HRIS-related projects.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and Accounting, ensuring timely delivery of system upgrades, user training, and technical support.

BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an HRIS Manager or Senior Administrator, with a strong background in analyzing system performance and optimizing processes.
  • Proven expertise in conducting diagnostic tests, audits, and documenting HRIS processes, along with a deep understanding of system integrations.
  • Proficient in HRM software such as UKG Pro, ADP Workforce Now, or Workday HCM, with experience in project management and system implementation.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide technical support, train staff, and maintain confidentiality.
