Responsibilities
Manages all facility operations on shift: responsible for production, maintenance, engineering, planning, and logistics to achieve plant objective
Oversees staffing, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
Creates and execute schedules in accordance with supply, manpower, and customer need
Develops, maintain, and communicate production tracking and quality control system
Analyzes financial reports and performance data to optimize productivity and cost-efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in a heavy manufacturing setting preferred
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and act on various instructions.
Prior experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events
