Manage and oversee manufacturing automation projects from initiation to completion.
Develop, write, and review equipment specifications for capital projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
Provide technical guidance and support for automation engineering solutions.
Conduct project progress meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Skills Required
3-5 years of experience in project management, particularly in manufacturing or automation settings.
Proven experience in writing equipment specifications and managing capital projects.
Strong understanding of automation technologies and manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Education/Certification/Training
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
