We are looking for a Power Platform MS Dynamic CRM Solutions Architect who will help build out & develop best in class work and work on innovative projects for the business.
Job Summary:
The Power Platform MS Dynamics CRM Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment. This role requires deep technical knowledge and expertise in the Power Platform, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that meet business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Architect and optimize Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for effective integration with Dynamics CRM.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure best practices in development, deployment, and security are adhered to.
Conduct system testing and troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation.
Stay current with industry trends and Microsoft updates to leverage new features and functionalities.
Develop documentation for system architecture, configuration, and processes.
Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the benefits of implemented solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform.
Strong understanding of CRM processes and functionalities.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM and related Power Platform tools.
Experience with integrations between Dynamics CRM and other applications.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics CRM and Power Platform (e.g., MB-200, MB-400).
Familiarity with Azure services and cloud integration.
Experience in Agile methodologies and project management.
