Position Summary
In this role, the Talent Insights and Reporting Analyst will partner with internal HR stakeholders and help drive the organization's commitment to enabling insights into hiring and people data to best manage the workforce. The role will focus on curating insightful analytics from hiring to off boarding and manage reporting from our Workday-centric technology stack, identifying gaps, reviewing trends and opportunities to make strategic decisions that will enhance the administrator and employee experience. A successful analyst will be an effective storyteller and designer, using dashboards and visualizations to engage stakeholders and process owners throughout the HR team and broadly across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing HR reporting and analytics, including self-service reporting, visualizations, and dashboards
Develop and track recruiting analytics and KPIs, providing data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes, improve time-to-fill, and enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.
Partnering with stakeholders and process owners to vision and solution storytelling and insights
Acting as a subject matter expert on both HR reporting and HR processes to ensure successful design and insights are garnered from reporting solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field (or equivalent work experience).
5+ years of experience
