Insight Global is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a large logistics firm in the Steubenville OH area. This organization is an intermodal logistics company (water/rail/trucking) that handles a variety of materials such as oil/gas, agriculture, steel, and more. This organization has experienced consistent growth over the years, has never experienced layoffs, and has consistent growth opportunity to offer!
This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: setting employee schedules, managing payroll tracking via Paycom, invoice documentation collection, basic excel tracking, ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, tracking compliance requirements, etc.
Schedule: M-F, occasional Saturday (maybe 1x/mo. -- half day) -- 7 AM -- 3 PM, maybe 8 AM -- 4 PM -- some flexibility if needed
Compensation:
$18/hr to $22/hr.
