About the Role
Step into a Senior Superintendent position where you'll lead field operations for cutting-edge Data Centre projects. You'll be instrumental in ensuring projects are executed safely, profitably, and ethically-on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing all field operations, ensuring compliance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule requirements.
Managing and supervising field craft labor and non-craft personnel, ensuring top-tier safety, quality, and efficiency.
Collaborating with project teams to guarantee smooth project delivery, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

About You
You're an experienced leader with a proven track record in construction and electrical projects. Key qualifications include:
15+ years of building and construction experience
A solid background in Safety and QA/QC culture, actively promoting these practices.
Expertise in risk identification and mitigation, with experience addressing challenges and implementing solutions.
A knack for stepping into challenging projects, identifying problem areas, and setting a clear direction for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
