We seek a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Field Supervisor to join our team in Kingsland, GA. The ideal candidate will bring over ten years of commercial HVAC service experience, with a strong focus on large equipment such as package units, chillers, and boilers. This role demands leadership and hands-on expertise, ensuring the successful operation, startup, and commissioning of commercial HVAC systems. As a critical leader in the field, you will manage a team of technicians, coordinate service operations, and provide top-notch service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery across various commercial projects.
Perform hands-on service, repair, and commissioning of large commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and packaged units.
Oversee and manage HVAC installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance, ensuring all work complies with industry standards and client specifications.
Provide technical support and mentorship to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Maintain strong client relationships by delivering high-quality service, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience, focusing on large equipment such as chillers, boilers, and package units.
Proven experience in startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of technicians.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
EPA Universal Certification is required.
Clean driving record and ability to travel locally to job sites.
Local presence and a stable work history are essential.
