Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative/Executive Assistant at Zeus Solutions Inc in Houston, TX. The Assistant will be responsible for executive administrative support, handling expense reports, facilitating communication, and providing general administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.

Primary Responsibilities
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors and carries out administrative duties such

as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• May assist with time cards under the direct supervision of a Project Administrator. May enter timekeeping

information into company system and perform some filing of timekeeping documentation. Exhibits polite and

professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Help create email accounts.
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication and provides

information by answering questions and requests.
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs,

maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed

supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Managing Processes, Organization and Supply Management
• Analyzing Information, professionalism and good communication

Education and Experience Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent education required with Knowledge of appropriate software including:

Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
• 2+ years of administrative assistant experience
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
