Qualifications: Property and Casualty Insurance License Required
Core Responsibilities:
Receive Inbound calls assist Agency and Insurers with their queries related to the policy.
No Sales required
P & C license for South Carolina or the ability/desire to obtain within 30 days. We will provide required training to help getting the license.
Demonstrates awareness of company policies and procedures while applying sound judgment within scope of their empowerment and follows guidelines.
Educates and promotes Self Service options.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, structured, dynamic and high-transaction environment, with the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and manage and diffuse angry or upset customers.
Capable of achieving call center performance metrics and targets.
Able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
Works independently and seeks Supervisor support when necessary.
Job Specification
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
1-2 years in a customer support role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment required
Proficient using Microsoft Suite
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
