Eccalon's Commercialization Team develops and delivers products and strategies to bring advanced solutions and services to market. This team works across multiple lines of business and with multiple internal teams, guiding innovation to solve customer problems and enhance their experience while differentiating us from the competition. As part of this team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that meet the specific needs and requirements of government clients. You will understand how the different elements of business, information, and technology can be applied to solve specific problems and will collaborate closely with government stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to translate design concepts to IT operations and ensure that the final solution fully meets the stated requirements.
Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to government clients, providing guidance on technology trends, best practices, and emerging solutions.
Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients and stakeholders.
Engage with government clients to understand their objectives, requirements, and constraints.
Advise on deployment strategies for Government tools and lead the ATO/RMF processes.
Design scalable and secure technology solutions that align with government regulations, policies, and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and engineers, to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Participate in project planning and provide technical guidance and recommendations.
Integrate new solutions with existing systems, databases, and applications.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in technology, government regulations, and industry standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program, or equivalent Senior level experience as a Systems or Cloud Architect.
10+ years of experience in planning, architecting, and engineering enterprise-class cloud systems and services.
5+ years of experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect at enterprise scale.
Experience with Federal environments, frameworks, processes, and standards.
Familiarity with Security Authorization and Assessment (A&A) process and Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Familiarity with the ATO process, NIST 800-53, 800-171, 800-190 as well as CMMC, PCI and HIPAA.
Knowledge of existing, new, and emerging technologies and being able to practically incorporate them into new business designs and business models.
Must be able to develop solutions with Cloud Architects, DevSecOps, and other development team members.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and management.
