What You'll Do
Lead by example on the sales floor, fostering a positive, customer-focused environment.
Work hands-on with your team and engage with customers to build relationships.
Manage buying, receiving, and product rotation to maintain top-quality standards.
Drive sales through smart merchandising, inventory control, and customer service.
Monitor expenses, minimize shrink and waste, and optimize profitability.
Solve issues proactively by staying tuned in with employees and customers.
Perform additional tasks to meet business needs.
What You Bring to the Table
5+ years of seafood experience and exceptional knife skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of seafood varieties and proper handling practices.
Physical stamina to handle weights up to 100 lbs and thrive in a busy setting.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong communication and selling skills, with retail or sales experience preferred.
Note: We welcome candidates with relevant experience from other fields, including grocery management in departments like meat, or restaurant managers with strong seafood expertise.
