Maintenance/Engineering Operations Administrator - Warsaw, IN
Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Maintenance Operations Administrator at one of our Global clients in Warsaw, IN. This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.

Title: Maintenance Operations Administrator
Location: Warsaw (46582)
Pay: open; plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F 8 hour day shift, flexible shift times. Must be flexible to work some weekends and overtime if needed.
Duration: Long term contract (minimum 1 year)
Key Responsibilities:
Support maintenance technicians and engineers directly with the execution of our preventive maintenance work instructions
Oversee the intake of work orders ensuring that all are meet our processes
Serve as subject matter expert in the use of MAXIMO system for achieving work order excellence
Report, communicate, and maintain maintenance metrics effectively to the maintenance team
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills when interacting with peers, supervisors/managers, and suppliers
Demonstrate specific improvements in tracked metrics.
Accurately complete records as defined within the work order process.
Compile/analyze data and build reports as needed
Train technicians and manufacturing associates in work order completion process.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent degree/diploma required
Experience and Skills: Required: Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
Understanding and proficiency with using Microsoft Excel to develop and report metrics
Preferred: Experience building queries in MAXIMO system
Experience in creating visual reporting tools
Demonstrated experience in a maintenance planner or a related maintenance organization/Administrative position
